Undisclosed Compensation
Undisclosed compensation is promoting a product, lab, or program for money, commission, or free product without telling the audience, which the FTC's Endorsement Guides require. Licensed MDs face separate Sunshine Act reporting; plenty of wellness influencers face none of it and skip the disclosure anyway.
How it shows up in Doc Bro marketing
In practice this is an affiliate code with no "#ad," a "brand partner" relationship mentioned nowhere on screen, or a glowing supplement review that happens to link straight to the influencer's own storefront.
